General Information

    a. About. Eternity Credit Fix provides Credit Repair, Credit Consulting and Dispute Management services. We can help improve your credit by challenging and removing negative items holding back your credit scores. To find out more information about what we do, please refer to our website.

    b. Sole discretion. We reserve the right to add/discontinue any product or service anytime at our sole discretion.

Eligibility

The purchase of products through Eternity Credit Fix is strictly limited to parties who can lawfully enter into and form contracts on the Internet. If you are under age 18, you may only use the Services with the consent of your parent or legal guardian. Please be sure your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and discussed these Terms with you.

General Terms

    a. Clients will be charged $197 USD when they sign up and that includes the first work fee.

    b. After that clients will automatically be charged $99 per month until the client cancels the automatic monthly subscription.

    c. Your subscription will continue automatically unless and until you cancel or your service is suspended or discontinued by Eternity Credit Fix. If you cancel your subscription in between, cancellation will be effective at the end of the current monthly period; you will have continued access to your subscription for the remainder of that period, but you will not receive any refund.

Pricing Policy

We may need to make changes to the price of some of our products/services. When this happens, we’ll update the prices on our website. If you had placed your order for a product/service before the price change, the price will be as stated on our website at the time when you had booked the service.

Errors and Omissions

Eternity Credit Fix will not be liable for any delays, inaccuracies, errors or omissions in any such product, service, content posted, or in the transmission or delivery of all or any part thereof, or for any damages arising therefrom.

Permitted use

You agree to use the Site and the Services only for purposes that are permitted by these Terms of Use and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and generally accepted practices or guidelines in the relevant jurisdictions. Eternity Credit Fix is not liable for any delays caused by circumstances beyond Eternity Credit Fix’s control, e.g. general labor dispute, extreme weather, acts of war, fire, lightning, terrorist attacks, changed governmental orders, technical problems, defects in power- /tele-/computer communications or other communication and defects or delays in the service by sub-suppliers due to circumstances set forth above.

Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions set forth the entire understanding and agreement between you and Eternity Credit Fix concerning the subject matter herein and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written concerning the Site. A printed version of these Terms and Conditions and any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to these Terms and Conditions to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved. You may not assign the Terms and Conditions, or assign, transfer or sublicense your rights therein. A failure to act concerning a breach by you or others does not waive Eternity Credit Fix's right to act concerning subsequent or similar breaches.

Term and Termination

This agreement becomes effective the date that you first access the Site and remains effective until it is terminated consistent with its terms. Violations of this agreement may result in the immediate termination of this agreement and denials or terminations of your access to the Site. Such restrictions may be temporary or permanent. Upon termination, your right to use this Site shall be revoked. All disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnities, and rights of ownership and licenses to Eternity Credit Fix shall survive any termination.

Disclaimer for money back guarantee

The goal of Eternity Credit Fix is to help remove questionable negative information from credit reports. This is not an exact science and there are cases in which we may be unsuccessful. Our clients are protected with our 90 day Guarantee. If you sign up for service with Eternity Credit Fix, and do not see any questionable and or negative items deleted or updated from your credit in 90 days, you will be entitled to a full refund. This does not mean that your credit will be fixed completely during that period but you should see some improvements and/or negative items deleted in this period or your money back. (subject to the terms and conditions set forth below). To apply for a refund please contact your service specialist by phone so your identity can be verified.


The Eternity Credit Fix Money back guarantee will be strictly subject to you complying with the following terms and conditions:

  • Eligibility for a refund does not start until day 90. You must be an active participant in the program for 90 days. Cancellation or failure to pay during the initial 90 days of the program is a void of this guarantee.

  • That you do not create or cause any new derogatory trade lines to be added to your credit report after your participation in the applicable program begins.

  • You make all payments due and owing to Eternity Credit Fix per this agreement in a timely manner.

  • ​You mail, fax or email Eternity Credit Fix proof of your identity such as a copy of driver’s license and copy of social security card within five (“5”) days of the effective date of this agreement.

  • ​You agree to give Eternity Credit Fix thirty (“35”) days from the date you have requested a refund to allow Eternity Credit Fix adequate time to review your credit bureaus and audit your account to verify that no negative items have been removed or updates from your account and to ascertain the reason for this occurring. Client must have an active credit monitoring account to verify this information.
